For the last four decades, the Malaga Cove Homeowners’ Association (MCHA) has been active in promoting the welfare of the community, and helping to maintain it as a beautiful and desirable place to live. We strive to promote activities and projects that enhance our neighborhood’s aesthetics and charm, while fostering community and creating stronger social bonds among homeowners.
